Internal gear option

Bikes make us agile, light footed and quick, but if you ride in a hilly environment and you don’t have the proper drive train, trundling your way up those hills certainly doesn’t feel light or quick. With a Shimano Alfine 11 internal gear you can make light of just about any terrain and the internal planetary gear requires a minimum of maintenance no matter how mud rain or muck you ride through. Alfine is Shimanos top of the line gear system and although it adds some weight to the bike it is really a great hub gear, reliable and luxurious.
